TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This is an acknowledgment by the client to accept all of the following general legal terms and conditions:
- The client acknowledges the humane and ethical dealing with massage and spa specialists in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia and labor regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The customer cannot request a specific massage or spa specialist in case of availability and is not associated with another specialist's reservation.
- The value of the booking, gift card, or e-wallet balance cannot be refunded to the customer.
- If for any reason Soft Spa is unable to provide a massage or spa specialist at the work site and perform the service according to the booking, the customer will be compensated with another booking, and the date will be determined based on the convenience of both parties or a full refund in favor of the customer.
- The customer is responsible for being present on the scheduled booking date according to the day and time of the booking, and at the same branch he/she selected during the booking.
- The customer is responsible for the branch selected during the booking, and any other branch requested by the customer will not be considered valid unless he/she has informed Soft Spa one or more days before the booking day through the available communication channels.
- The service is considered provided when the customer arrives at the branch and starts performing the service, and the amount cannot be refunded in case the entire service is not completed due to the customer's departure on the date and branch specified in the reservation.
- Soft Spa is responsible for providing the service at the agreed time (with the possibility of delay or advancement + / - 30 minutes), depending on the traffic, and the timing will start when the customer receives the massage therapist or spa and starts the service according to the date and time specified in the invoice.
- In case the customer fails to be at the Soft Spa within (+/- 30) minutes from the time of booking, the service will be considered as provided and will not be reimbursed.
- The client is responsible for protecting his/her property and valuables by keeping them safe, in case of loss of such property, SoftSpa Massage Center will not be held responsible and cases will be handled under the competent laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the responsibility will remain with the client until further legal notice.
- The client is responsible for medical disclosure of any chronic diseases or any allergies to any of the materials used to provide the services while in the branch at the time of booking to avoid any misfortune that may affect the client's health.
- In the event of any emergency that requires medical attention or involves physical abuse, the customer must inform SoftSpa directly by calling the call center number ( 920013886 / 059009822 ) or sending an email ( info@soft-spa.com ). Cases will be handled through the legal procedures and rules in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The paid service/s will be performed only for the booking made, with no additional unpaid service provided unless the customer decides to add a service that requires payment of the value of the added service via bank transfer or cash payment to the branch reception.
- It is not permissible to give gifts to massage or spa specialists for any reason whatsoever.
- The customer is responsible for paying the total value of the reservation in advance when booking through the website, not less than the value specified on the website, and the reservation cannot be canceled or refunded.
- The service provider Soft Spa has the right to adjust the booking prices according to changes in material prices or costs or imposed by the government such as any government fees such as taxes or any other government fees. The charges will be collected from the other party when they become valid for collection or fixed on the website.
- The customer cannot modify any booking or change the service at least 24 hours or more before the time of the previously selected appointment.
- The customer cannot modify the booked service after visiting the branch unless Soft Spa approves and can provide the requirements for the selected service, and the price difference will be retained in the customer's e-wallet without a refund.
- service costs can be paid using the payment methods specified on the website or directly at the branch.
- In the event of a breach of any of the terms and conditions of booking on the website or through customer service, assault or harassment of any of our employees or massage and spa specialists in any of our branches, Soft Spa has the right to terminate the contract without reference to the customer, and the customer is not entitled to any claims and the facility has the right to file a judicial complaint according to the principles and procedures followed in the Public Prosecution, courts and relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
